Bert the balloon was floating around the festival. He peered in all the stalls when Suddenly an egg popped out of nowhere. Bert floated as fast as his helium would take him. Bert had a chubby blue face with skinny string legs. He carried on back his way and kept looking in the stalls. Bert felt a sudden jolt in his head. He felt static. His hair was spiking up. Bert was determined to fix this problem, so he went looking for hairspray.. He weaved his way through knives and cactus's and many sharp objects. He saw a glow at the end of the path. Bert sprayed the spray all over. It made his face all shiny and squeaky. Bert sharply flicked his hair and sassily walked home.
